While we are trying to reach all our customers and fans in every corner of the world, security and warranty issues prevent us from doing so at this point. We currently ship to UNITED STATES only.
Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped by UPS. Depending on the selected level of UPS shipping method, the shipment may be delivered in certain time.
– UPS Ground – Day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days.
– UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by the end of third business day.
– UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by the end of second business day.
– UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m.
– UPS Standard – Day-definite delivery typically in 5-7 business days.
– Local Pick Up (Free)- Available pick up location: 499 Nibus St. Unit D, Brea, CA 92821 once your order is ready.
– For local pick up, you will need to bring valid driver license or government issue photo ID, order confirmation email with order number.
The cost of shipping depends on the selected method. You can select the shipping method and review your shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please note that your order will only be shipped when all items ordered are available.
After you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
Return / Change / Cancellation
Customer must call GAMDIAS Store representative via phone to initiate any requests to change or cancel an order. Request sent via email may not be received by GAMDIAS Store representative in time to make any changes. Please note that the standard processing time for any order is 3 business days, but depending on product availability or order work load, certain orders may be processed much sooner. Once the order has been processed and / or shipped, the order cannot be canceled, so please review your order carefully prior to making the purchase.

Refurbished / Discontinued Product:
Refurbished, Clearance item and Discontinued product cannot be returned for refund for any reason. (Unless otherwise noted on product page) All sales are final.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refund Policy is limited to products purchased directly from our GAMDIAS Online Store and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 30 days on all peripherals.
Please note that for items purchased from other retailers, we can only assist in warranty support.
In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (exclusive of initial shipping and handling charges), you must contact the Technical Support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within the specified time frame of the said product. The product must be returned to GAMDIAS in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that the RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product’s package. You will be considered to have returned the said product to GAMDIAS if you have delivered the product to a carrier and have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the product is delivered to GAMDIAS, including paying all shipping charges in returning the product to GAMDIAS. We advise that you select a method of shipping that is traceable.
Risk in the returned product only passes to GMADIAS when the product is received by GAMDIAS and GAMDIAS shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of GAMDIAS’ receipt of the returned product. In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, GAMDIAS reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
Duties & Import Taxes
Please note: You must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country your order is shipped to. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country, and the recipient will be responsible for those charges. GAMDIAS is unable to calculate and disclose the additional costs that may be imposed and we advise you to contact the destination country’s customs office for more information. Should customs clearance be required, it may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery date given to you.
Product availability states an estimate of when the item will be prepared for shipment from our warehouse. The item(s) in your order will only ship once all items are ready for shipment.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it might be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.
Your Privacy & Security
Customer’s right to privacy is extremely to us. GAMDIAS will not disclose any of personal information that customers have provided to us to anyone outside of GAMDIAS.
To ensure secure and safe personal data delivery, GAMDIAS Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) when handling sensitive data such as credit card information or customer’s personal information. SSL Certificates are digital certificates that authenticate the identity of a Web site to visiting browsers and encrypt information for the server utilizing SSL technology. The SSL Certificate also serves as an electronic passport that establishes an online entity’s credentials when doing business on the Web. When an Internet user attempts to send confidential information to a Web server, the user’s browser will access the server’s digital certificate and establish a secure connection.
Who Is Covered Under the Warranty
The warranty is non-transferable. Only the original customer is covered under the warranty. GAMDIAS products sold from auction sites such as NewEgg.com and Amazon.com by private sellers cannot be honored.
What Is and Is Not Covered Under the Warranty
It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional guarantee for the duration of the warranty. Should the product, in GAMDIAS’ opinion, malfunction within the warranty period, GAMDIAS will at its discretion repair or replace the product that is equal or greater in value depending on supply. Any replaced parts become the property of GAMDIAS. The warranty does not apply to the software component of a product or a product which has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.
The warranty does not cover any events including but not limited to:
– Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects.
– Any unsuitable environment or use of the product in GAMDIAS’ opinion.
– Any product which has been modified without official permission from GAMDIAS, or on which the serial number or warranty sticker has been defaced, modified, or removed.
– Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, commercial or industrial use, unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions included with the product.
– Third party products using GAMDIAS components will not be covered by warranty. Contact vendor or the manufacturer for information about servicing.
– Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by GAMDIAS.
– Any shipment damages (claims must be made with the carrier).
– Unauthorized repairs to a GAMDIAS product will void the warranty offered by the warranty. GAMDIAS reserves the right to refuse to service any product which has been altered, modified or repaired by non-GAMDIAS service personnel.
– GAMDIAS does not warrant that this product will meet customer’s requirements. It is customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of this product.
– Removal or installation charges.
– Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to GAMDIAS. GAMDIAS pays the cost of returning a product to customer.
– GAMDIAS reserves the right to replace the product with a service product at their sole discretion at any time.
Limitations Of Implied Warranties
There are no other oral or written warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length specified in Warranty Page.
Proof of Purchase
In the unlikely event that warranty service is required, GAMDIAS will request a proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice) and the user must provide that in order to receive warranty service unless permitted otherwise.
Exclusion of Damages (Disclaimer)
GAMDIAS’ sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. GAMDIAS shall not, in any event, be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damage, (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service, lost of data and loss of business), or liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
GAMDIAS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel orders at any time and without notice.
